When I write a blog post I always feel like I need to write a clever title like "As the Wind Blows . . ." because this session was so windy I didn't think the session was going to actually be able to take place. We were under a high wind warning the entire time. And boy was it windy. But we made it work and besides a few gusts ruining some images we really did manage to get some beautiful images of this family of four. Tamarack nature center is one of my favorite places to photograph at, for me I'm lucky because it's extremely close to my own home but there are so many areas that work from summer to spring. Spring is probably the only time I prefer other locations. But in the summer and unto late summer they have some wildflowers growing in their fields, fall is most clients favorites because of the foliage but I even love it after all the foliage falls because they have great area where there is a grove of evergreens and the fields still work with the trees grey backdrops. In any event this family got some lovely foliage photos and we had fun trying not to get blown away.
Today at the end of this blog post I'm sharing a photographer in North Carolina who is sharing one of her family photo sessions at the American Tobacco Campus. Be sure to click over.
As mentioned above I'm sharing with you a Raleigh Photographer who is sharing a family photography session at the American Tobacco Campus. Be sure to take a look.
