If you're a mom of girls, then you know that motherhood is a special bond that should be captured. Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph a motherhood session with two daughters in the studio. The results were amazing! Here are some of my favorite shots from the session. I hope you enjoy them!

As a Minneapolis motherhood photographer I welcomed this beautiful mom and her two daughters into the studio! I was excited to capture this special moment in their lives and create beautiful, lasting memories. The mother and daughters are all smiles as they pose for the camera, and I was able to capture their happiness perfectly. I am truly grateful to be able to capture such a special bond, and I know that these photos will be cherished by the family for years to come. Thank you, for choosing me to capture this special moment in your lives!

I'm going to show a few images from the photo session. I'm really proud of how they turned out, and I think they capture the joy and craziness of motherhood perfectly and beautifully. I hope that other moms can see these pictures and feel inspired to schedule their motherhood session with their kids too. Motherhood is such a special time, and I want to encourage other moms to cherish it by taking lots of photos. 

Life changes drastically after you have kids. You're no longer living for just yourself, but also for your children. Your priorities shifts and things that didn't matter before become top priority. For instance, I've always loved photography. I would go out and explore different parts of the city, taking pictures of whatever caught my eye. But after my kids were born, I found myself taking more and more pictures of them. I didn't want to miss a single moment of their childhoods. But I also realized I wasn't in many photos and I cannot stress enough how important that is for your children.  I know for me personally I just don't have enough photos of me and my mom together.

Anyone who is a mother knows that motherhood is a beautiful, emotional rollercoaster ride. One minute you are laughing and the next you are crying. It is a time when you feel both immense love and overwhelming exhaustion. And it goes by so quickly. That is why preserving memories through photography is so important. With each click of the shutter, we capture a moment in time that we can return to again and again. We capture the laughter, the tears, the sleepy newborn yawns and the proud first steps. These photos allow us to remember not just what our children looked like at a certain age, but also how it felt to be their mother at that time. And for that, we will be forever grateful.
