Every year I try and make sure I take our very own family pictures.  I've been doing this myself for probably 10 years now and every year I say I should find someone to do it for me because it's hard to get the images I want of my family with me in it taking it myself.  I'm telling you it gets pretty corny while I'm trying to get us interacting with each other knowing I'm trying to snap a picture at the same time.  It's hard to feel genuine this way.  It's much easier for me to tell you to love on your family and have fun while I'm the bystander, that makes sense.  Every year I realize more and more that I much prefer to be behind the camera than in front of it but I make myself do it because one day these pictures I take will be all my children have of me and I better try and be in them with them because I know I cherish the photos I have of me and my mom when I was younger. And honestly I don't think there is ever enough of them.
