What is The Legacy Box Subscription Service, and how does it work?: The Legacy Box Subscription Service is a unique offering that allows you to preserve your family’s most cherished moments. In the first month, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted linen legacy box to store your memories. Each month thereafter, you’ll receive a matted print of one of your favorite photos, adding to your collection for a total of 8 matted prints for your box. By the end of the year, you’ll have a stunning keepsake filled with tangible memories. Plus, as a special thank you, subscribers receive a free session (creative fee waived) to capture even more special moments.
Can I choose the photos that go into my Legacy Box?: Absolutely! While it will be a surprise which image you receive each month, you’ll have the opportunity to select your favorite photos from your recent session to be printed and included in your Legacy Box. If you need help choosing, I’m always here to assist you in selecting the perfect image.
Can I pause my subscription if needed?: The Legacy Box Subscription Service requires a 12-month commitment with a monthly fee. Due to the nature of the service and the value of the items provided, the subscription cannot be paused or canceled once it begins. This ensures that you receive the full experience and benefits throughout the year.
Is there a commitment period, and can I cancel my subscription?: Yes, the Legacy Box Subscription Service requires a 12-month commitment. The service is automatically billed monthly, and because you receive your linen box in the second month along with other non-refundable services the first month, the subscription cannot be canceled once it starts. This commitment guarantees a beautifully curated collection of memories by the end of the year.
How do I schedule my free session included with the subscription?: As a subscriber, you’ll receive a complimentary session (creative fee waived) at the end of your subscription year. You can schedule this session at any time after the completion of your subscription period. I’ll reach out to you when it’s time to book, and we’ll work together to find the perfect time and location for your session.
