It’s hard to believe that this little guy is already a year old! Where does the time go? It feels like only yesterday I photographed his newborn session at their home in Carver, Minnesota. Now he’s running around, getting into everything, and giving his brothers millions of  kisses a day. We celebrated his first year with some fun photos in the studio!

First Birthday Portraits

I started off this milestone session with some portraits of just baby to commemorate his first year. He’s such a sweet little guy, and it was so fun to capture his personality in these shots!

Next, we did a few family photos with mom and dad. It’s amazing how much this guy has grown in just twelve short months, and we wanted to make sure to document this special time for Mom and Dad.

I also wanted to mention that the family’s wardrobe was provided by the mQn Photography Studio.  Baby’s romper is actually from my favorite heirloom store Feltman Brothers.  But we also dressed mom and gave dad a shirt to throw on too.  

Lastly, we did his cake smash! This is always one of our favorite parts of the session. He had so much fun smashing his cake and playing with the frosting. We even got a few laughs out of him during this portion of the session! All in all, it was a great shoot and I’m so happy we could capture these memories.
