I have been photographing this wonderful small business, woman owned company right here in Minnesota for a few seasons now. We started back when I was still in my old studio just upstairs from where I am now in the Northeast Minneapolis arts district. Our photo sessions are always so much fun. In fact this session was awesome because the kiddos were like “we don’t want to leave, we’re having too much fun!” I cannot tell you how happy that makes me feel when kids at the end of their photo session aren’t ready for it to end. Because these sessions are a lot of work for everyone! Am I right?

SweetPea & Co. just had a few new releases this time around so we kept it simple. I mean all my sessions are simple but I tried to add in a little extra fun. What do you think? Who is excited to go? Food on a stick, yes please! I actually love going to our state’s great get together. I can’t honestly say that for other states fairs though. Minnesota is the best!
