I met this beautiful babe at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital NICU. This little guy was born at 22 weeks 5 days. He was a twin, and lost his sister at 8 days old. When I went to visit, the family had been in the NICU for 154 days with no release date in sight. I always feel so honored to be able to meet these fighters and this little guy is no exception. Such a cutie at 6 months old. I hope this family gets to go home soon, I know being in the NICU during the holidays probably isn’t the best place to be. So let’s send lots of positive energy out to this NICU family.
