I had a lovely in home newborn session with this beautiful family in Minneapolis.  I offer three types of newborn sessions at the hospital, at home or at the studio.  I love each one for different reasons.  In-home sessions are special because you get to include your decor and the nursery.  We also got to the include their furbaby.

This was probably one of my longer in-home sessions.  Because I take a baby led approach to photographing newborns these sessions still usually run 1-2 hours and this one was a bit longer but I didn’t even really realize it until I left because I was having such a great time with them.  They were probably wanting me to hurry up and leave.  hahaha!  

Baby sure loved to “sing” as grandma put it but as long as she was held and not moved around too much she was fine and content.  Here are some of my favorites.
